- Con las hortalizas de la guarnición, se cortan de preferencia en cuadro y se hace la cocción de estas en un sartén y se salpimienta al gusto. se puede hacer el chorizo junto con las hortalizas o aparte, yo lo hice a parte pero si quieren hacerlo junto procuren poner primero el chorizo antes que las hortalizas
- Si te gusta el jamón serrano, puedes agregarlo a la guarnición como yo lo hice pero también se le puede poner jamón serrano al rededor rodeando el pollo como en esta pierna de pollo. este dará un rico sabor salado y crujiente al pollo.

- Antes de poner el relleno en la pechuga y cerrar con palillos, recuerda salpimentarlo y después agregar el jamón serrano si tu gustas. al final mételo en el horno. recuerda que la temperatura interna debe de ser de 74 °C.
