- Agregamos las piezas de pollo a dorar solo un poco y agregamos primero la cebolla y luego el resto de los ingredientes y 200 ml del caldo del pollo, tapamos cuando suelta el primer hervor destapamos y a fuego medio dejamos reducir el caldo y listo a disfrutar
